 We invite you to become a part of the future of this very special organization! Your financial support is vital to our success.

2. Contribute to the Doug Miller Tribute Fund. We have made our $20,000 match, but we are still growing the fund! Please make checks payable to Folklore Village and indicate in the "memo" section that the contribution is for the Doug Miller Tribute Fund. If you use the above PayPal button to make a donation to this specific tribute fund, please make a note or memo in the "purpose" section that your donation is for the Doug Miller Tribute Fund. Call 608-924-4000 with questions.

3. Auto Give 

In order to establish an automatic contribution to Folklore Village through your bank or credit union, you will need to take the following steps.

Step One
Contact Bonnie Miller at Folklore Village at 608/924-4000, Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 4pm. Explain that you are setting up an auto give.

Please provide the following information:

• Your name, address, phone number and email address

• The name of your bank or credit union

• The dollar amount of your contribution and frequency (monthly, bi-weekly)

Folklore Village in turn will provide you with the following information:

• Folkllore Village bank routing number

• Folkllore Village bank account number

Step Two
Contact your bank or credit union or use their website to set-up auto-giving. They will need the following information:
1) Legal Name: Folklore Village Farm, Inc.
2) Routing #:
3) Folklore Village’s Acct #:
4) Folklore Village’s Institution: M & I Bank

At the end of each calendar year, Folklore Village will mail you an annual giving total at the address you have provided.
 

Please Note: Any changes (increase, decrease, discontinue) to your automatic donation must be made by you through your bank or credit union.
