Chocolate!! In this online introduction to chocolate, Chef J. Miller will teach the fundamentals of ganache, tempered chocolate, and tart short-crust. Using these skills, we will make Chocolate Truffles with various toppings, and Chocolate Tartlets with piped chocolate garnishes. Get your ingredients ready and follow along at home!
