Note: Students must sign up for this class by November 6th to allow time for your wool to be shipped to you. If you are considering enrolling in this course after the November 6 deadline and live in the Madison area, It may be possible for you and the instructor to meet to obtain the supplies required for this course.

Learn how to make a Christmas stocking using the wet-felted technique. We discuss the history and uses of felt, explain the types of felting and complete a hands-on wet-felted stocking just in time for decorating your home or giving a gift this holiday season.
Students will need to bring the following supplies:
- 3 large old towels
- Plastic bag (grocery or trash bag size)
- Snacks & drinks (coffee, tea, and water provided)
- Wear comfortable shoes and clothes
Jennifer Angelo has been felting for ten years. Her fiber study began when she lived in New Zealand and discovered many of her neighbors raised sheep.
