What a fabulous opportunity to get out into nature and return with ingredients for a meal! Learn how to confidently identify, gather, prepare and cook wild foods, including all the bounty of early summer such as berries, fish, mushrooms, and more – whatever we can find.

After a stint in the Marine Corps where he traveled the country and the world, he returned to Wisconsin and earned a degree in Wildlife Ecology.
