Iowa County, WI and the surrounding area has a wealth of “Superstar” dairy producers! Join Matt and Michelle as we showcase some of these producers that we all know and love.
Together, we will learn:
* How to execute a cohesive 5 course meal that will impress guests, but not leave you exhausted
* How to master both simple and intermediate cooking techniques
* Presentation pointers for serving food and plating with style

This class is for all levels of cooking experience. Whether you are new to the kitchen or you have decades of cooking experience, you will find value in this class and have fun as we learn. You get to choose the level of interaction with which you are comfortable. There will be opportunities for “hands on” assisting with various courses. But, if you would like to observe and enjoy, that’s just fine too. Whether you participate in helping with the dishes or simply sit back and enjoy, everyone will be served each of the 5 courses. Afterall, eating is the whole reason we are here!
Each student will also receive a written copy of each of the recipes made in the course along with a link to YouTube video tutorials on each recipe.
Matt and Michelle Kokoski recently moved to Ridgeway from Western Pennsylvania. They immediately fell in love with all things Wisconsin, especially the food! Through their YouTube channel, cooking classes, and as vendors at the Ridgeway Farmers Market, they enjoy showcasing all that Wisconsin has to offer.
