Few things are more comforting than a warm loaf of bread! Join, Matt and Michelle, The Wooden Spoon WI bakers, to learn a variety of bread basics. In the class, you will learn the fundamentals of bread baking, as well as some advanced techniques. The class is for a wide variety of bakers from total beginners to intermediate. You can have hands-on experience if you would like, or be a studious observer. You will learn a variety of bread types, such as loaf, bowl and flatbreads. You will receive bread recipes, as well as access to video demonstrations of the bread cooking techniques. Of course, you will also get to taste the delicious breads as well. Come and enjoy an unforgettable experience!
